DSP leader Önder Aksakal proposed increasing the minimum pension to 34,150 lira during a parliamentary press conference. He called for pension and minimum-wage increases reflecting growth in the 2027 budget.

Aksakal also criticized interest allocations and recoveries in the fund investigation. The amount is the party leader’s proposal, not an enacted increase in pension payments.
