Three of eight suspects detained over alleged electronic cheating arrangements in Eskişehir driving tests have been remanded. The other five were released under judicial supervision.
According to DHA, investigators expanded the inquiry after two candidates were caught with concealed devices during a test. Organised-crime officers examined links to six people suspected of arranging outside assistance.
Searches reportedly recovered four Wi-Fi devices, three camera systems, four hidden earpieces and ten mobile phones. The suspects were referred to court on November 6 after police processing. The inquiry is coordinated by Eskişehir prosecutors. Remand does not constitute a final verdict on the allegations.
