What it means for employees

The Presidency’s Strategy and Budget Office says the proposal was submitted to parliament on 16 October. These are proposed amounts, not a confirmed payment schedule. The general hourly difference is TRY 3.30, or TRY 66 across 20 hours. That arithmetic does not establish an automatic entitlement: role eligibility, hour limits and the final institutional arrangements still matter.
