When is the match?
Beşiktaş’s official match centre lists the Süper Lig eighth-round fixture for Monday, October 19, 2026, at 8pm Turkish time. Beşiktaş will be the visiting team.
Why the returns matter
Further information
beIN Sports reported on October 14 that Vlahovic, who had a stomach illness, and Cerny and Rashica, who were receiving treatment, had not travelled for the Hoffenheim match. The club’s official announcement says Trabzonspor preparations began on October 17 with defensive and attacking work under Vincenzo Italiano. The return of two attacking players to the travelling party is therefore a notable change after the European fixture.
What supporters should take from it
Cerny and Vlahovic’s inclusion gives the coaching staff additional options to assess. A travelling squad is not the starting lineup or a guarantee of playing time. In particular, it does not establish that Cerny is fully recovered or will play ninety minutes. The allocation of duties without Orkun and Rashica will become clearer when the matchday squad and starting choices are announced.
