Authorities are investigating allegations of mistreatment at a building housing soldiers in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka near Kyiv. Relatives and residents gathered outside on 2 November, and four injured service members were taken to hospital.

The National Guard described the building as a temporary deployment site. Police denied reports of unlawful detention and a death. The circumstances of injuries are under investigation.

In a subsequent statement reported by UNN, spokesperson Ruslan Muzychuk said personnel had left and the building would no longer be used. The Interior Ministry inquiry also covers accommodation and medical access.
