Different increase scenarios are circulating ahead of December’s minimum-wage talks. No 2027 rise has been finalised. Labour Ministry figures put the current net monthly wage at TRY 28,075.50 and the gross wage at TRY 33,030.

A 30% increase would produce TRY 36,498.15 net; 35% would produce TRY 37,901.93. A 33.7% scenario works out at TRY 37,536.94. These are calculations from the current wage, not officially announced offers.

The new figure will be determined through the Minimum Wage Determination Commission, involving worker, employer and government representatives.
