President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at the 13th Organisation of Turkic States summit in Ankara. Photographs captured Erdoğan touching Bayramov’s cheek during their greeting.

Bayramov attended on behalf of President Ilham Aliyev. The Council of Heads of State meeting took place at Beştepe’s exhibition hall.

The programme also brought together the leaders of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. Anadolu Agency’s account of the family photograph included observer-country representatives and OTS Secretary General Kubanychbek Omuraliev.
